Each summer we present Movies on the Square, on Heritage Square – Flagstaff's downtown living room. This year, we're moving Movies on the Square from Friday to Saturday nights. We'll begin each event with entertainment from the community, music, and then the Movies will start at dusk. What a great way to spend your Saturday!
This is a family friendly event, that's free to the public. We are able to bring this Flagstaff Favorite to you because of our generous sponsors. Thank you to each and every one of you, we couldn't do it without you!
Movies on the Square kicks off on May 19th, and finishes up on September 8th. The festivities start at 3pm, and the dusk generally occurs between 7:30pm and 8:00pm.
Flagstaff summer evenings can be cool, so be sure and bring sweaters, jackets or blankets. Many of our guests bring camp chairs, pillows, sleeping bags – it's really like a big sleepover (except you have to go home when the movie is over!)
We have two fabulous vendors participating this year – Archuletta Ice Cream and Fratelli Pizza. Fratelli Pizza makes delicious housemade pizza with Santaclaus tomatoes, Wisconsin whole milk mozzarella, and even has gluten free options. So, come and have dinner and a treat with us, you're sure to enjoy it!
