Take your photography skills to a new level during this two-day workshop with award-winning photographer Tyler Stableford. Tyler will share his lighting and composition secrets for professional-looking landscapes and outdoor sports images. The weekend will include field shoots with real cowboys on local ranches, a landscape session at the famous Maroon Bells mountains, as well as lectures and digital image reviews.

This workshop is for owners of Canon digital SLR cameras seeking to improve their photography and the way they see light, landscapes and portrait opportunities. Canon staff will provide in-depth equipment tips, and participants can demo a range of Canon’s latest digital bodies, lenses and Speedlights.

What you will learn: 
• Understanding composition and light and how to apply the knowledge to landscapes and action subjects
• How to use the Speedlite system to enhance outdoor portraiture
• Lightroom techniques to improve your images
• Learning to capture the movement in emotion of subjects on the working ranch
• Critiques to open your eyes to different possibilities & improve your photographic skills

Skill Level: 
An understanding of your camera operations including manual mode using f/stops and shutter speeds is needed for this workshop. Basic Photoshop or Lightroom skills are needed to process your images. This workshop is for intermediate and advanced photographers.
